The topic of the 21st Annual Dwight Greene Symposium is "Women of Color at Wesleyan." This symposium complements a year-long programming initiative featuring women, their accomplishments, and their influence on the Wesleyan community and the world at large. We have four alumnae panelists and one alumna moderator - from a range of ethnicities, class years, and professions - responding to questions about their experiences as women of color on campus and afterward. Panelists: Joyce Y. Hall '78, Saeyun Lee '93, Simone White '93, and Maria Santana-Guadalupe '98 Moderater: Class Dean and Interim Chief Diversity Officer, Marina Melendez '83 MALS '88. Bios The symposium, held in honor of Dwight L. Greene '70, began in 1993 as a memorial to his life and work as a professor of law, mentor, and friend to many.
