Meet Xandra Ellin - Psychology & American Studies

Xandra Ellin is a sophomore majoring in Psychology and American Studies from Baltimore, MD. Psychology is something Xandra hopes to pursue professionally, either in a clinical or research-based capacity. American Studies is a subject in which she has a lot of interest, and wanted the ability to take upper-level classes in the department. She is passionate about both subjects for distinctly different reasons, and loves the fact that she can easily major in both. Outside of the classroom Xandra is a tour guide for the office of admission. She has acted in projects for Second Stage, the Wesleyan Film Project, and a senior thesis short film. She is also a member of WESU and has her own radio show. She is very passionate about art as both a consumer and participant. Next fall she plans to study abroad in Cape Town, South Africa.
