Meet a Wesleyan Student - Laura Pérez Maquedano

Laura Pérez Maquedano ’20 initially came to Wesleyan from Northern Spain for the space it would give her to explore her wide-ranging interests. As a senior film major, she has honed her interests and sharpened her skills, promoting her native Basque culture through film and leading female characters to an international audience.
